Ealing has also coached several international tri-athletes including Michelle Dillon who finished sixth in the Athens Olympics.

Objectives:

Ealing Swimming Club provides teaching and coaching from lessons on learning to swim up to Elite performance with all the stages in between. The Club is accredited to Swim 21 at Performance Level. All teaching/coaching is by ASA qualified staff and teaching follows the National Teaching Plan. The Club has a programme of Continuing Professional Development for their coaching staff.

For example, one of Ealing's big successes is Charlotte Dallas who started swimming with Northolt Phoenix, moved into squad and through hard work and dedication, graduated through to representing great britain at full senior level. Her 200m freestyle times still set a benchmark for other potential international swimmers today. Charlotte has now retired from competitive swimming but now passes on her experience and expertise by coaching youngsters herself.
