Northolt Phoenix is a competitive swimming club.  Our  aim is to teach our members to swim correctly before entering them into galas and competitions.

The club swims in the North London Graded Gala league a series swum over the course of the year.  With each team in the league hosting a gala.  

Northolt Phoenix have internal competitions during the year. The House Championships are open to all members throughout the club.

As well as the Club hosting its own annual championships, the London Graded League is the first step into competitive swimming.

In 2005, Northolt Phoenix were joint winners of the London Graded League establishing the Club as one of the best for teaching and introducing youngsters to competitive swimming in the area.

The Club also competes annually in two friendship galas; one with Bradford Swimming Club taking turns to host and swimmers staying with families of the host.  

An annual exchange with SV Olympia Borghorst -  a team from Germany, takes place each August.  The Club takes a team of swimmers to Germany for a week, competing in a two-day festival of swimming for all ages (swimmers must be over eight-years-old to go on this trip).
